Health

Cooking and exercise are my top two simple pleasures and I want to share my love for fitness and health with you. I am a huge advocate for a healthy mind and body because I believe it is essential and beneficial to live a balanced lifestyle both mentally and physically. 

Health is wealth. My fitness blog posts will give you the key tools you need to find your inner peace, hold yourself accountable and overall remain persistent and persevere to become the best version of yourself.

Although I have a busy, stressful schedule, I always make time for myself to move. Movement is medicine. My favorite workouts are group-fitness classes such as indoor cycling, pilates, HIIT, yoga and barre. 

I have sensitive skin/stomach as well as food intolerances and allergies so I have to watch what I eat and I mostly cook my own food. I will give you recipes and meal-prep ideas that are quick, easy, cost-effective and lean. The information in these blog posts is versatile and adaptable – no matter what dietary restrictions you have nor how active you are.
